Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation of attendance shall be sent to registration committee of the ChemIndix 2016 Conference & Exhibition at info@chemindix.com. If cancellation notice is received on or before October 20, 2016 a full refund less 20% administrative fee will be given. If cancellation notice is received on or before October 31, 2016, a partial refund of 60 % will be given. If cancellation notice is received after October 31, 2016, no refund will be given.  

Payment Policy

Full payment shall accompany the participant’s registration unless a special payment arrangement has been approved by writing by the registration committee of the ChemIndix 2016 Conference & Exhibition. All payments shall be received by said deadlines.

Replacement Policy

Any replacement request shall be sent to registration committee of the ChemIndix 2016 Conference & Exhibition at info@chemindix.com. Replacement can be done until October 31, 2016.
